·        Open the announcement, locate and read the “How to Apply” paragraph.

·        To apply for this announcement, you must login into https://applicationmanager.gov and build your application manager account which is separate from your CHART account.

·        You must use the Vacancy Identification Number (VIN) number which will be found in the apprentice announcement.

·        Follow the directions on the application manager, answer the questions and when you are ready to submit your resume electronically, you must upload it from the Word document you saved your resume to.

·       After submitting your resume, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided, acknowledging receipt of your application.
